THE ADJUSTERS AND THE LAWYERS, POLICE AND JUDGES PACK UP, PICK UP THEIR PAY AND GO ON WITH THEIR LIVES. THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED TO ANY OF THE ACCIDENT INJURED PERSONS I HAVE EVER MET

"DISABLED NOT COMPENSATED" IS MORE THAN JUST A COUPLE OF WORDS. 

THAT MISUSE OF  ADJUDICATION HAS DIMINISHED MOST OF MY LIFE. 

THE SYSTEMATIC ABUSE OF PERSONS INJURED IN ACCIDENTS CREATES  AN ABSURD OUTCOME FOR THE VICTIMS.

How I feel May 30 2022

I woke at 2am til 3am, I had to get up I checked my rooms, I was not sure how long I had been  constantly trying and failing to get up and do anything, actually except to sit supported by my elbows, which are feeling raw, and eat or write. 

I lay down at 9pm Sunday, to prepare to do music practice, but that did not get to happen.

I got up a second time at 4;10 am and I salved, made coffee, and fed the cats .

I have work clothes on but I am collapsing as I write at 6:49 Am.

I so not know how l will get things I need, my sons generally are too busy to be asked to get me supplies. Perhaps I can order from Walmart as it says on TV?

I have to lay down.

Postscript: I continually neglect to enter what is required when nausea and vertigo result from too long of an activity.I have to lay at 135* on the recliner and hold on to various solid supports with tension on my hand and arm, sometimes one way, sometimes another. I have to brace my legs and my knees from time to time, against furniture or under a table or by foot, under a counter. 

I might have to swallow, copious saliva can be generated, and swallowing has to be done, which has a beneficial effect.

How to deal with this when out and about is problematic.

How could I go to Costco? That is almost moot as I keep collapsing in the driveway, so I am not even getting in my car. The sight of the Ditch is really overwhelming and bad.

My low back begins to lose strength, then swayback sets in and I can't breathe. I am unable to walk or to do other functions. Last time I went to my car I had to lay on the covered car before I could try to make it back to the house.

THE FAILURE TO COMPENSATE AN ACCIDENT VICTIM ACTUALLY ENCOURAGED PEOPLE TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST, DEFAME AND CRIMINALIZE A PERSON WHO WAS JOLTED OUT OF THEIR LIFE AND REALITY BY A HUGE CRASH!

THE FAILURE TO TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE LOSS OF MY JOB AND MY PHYSICAL MOBILITY COST ME MORE THAN JUST THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS FROM  "AFFLAC" AND THE AWARD FOR DAMAGES FROM THE BRITISH COLUMBIA COURTS. 

IT COST ME MY SOCIAL LIFE AND IT COST ME MY REPUTATION AND THE FALSEHOOD AND DEFAMATION OF MYSELF HAS MADE ME VULNERABLE TO A PLETHORA OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL THEFT, ABUSE AND FALSE ACCUSATION FROM PEOPLE WHO I  HAD NOT MET, BUT WHO LOOKED ME UP. 

AND GLORY BE, LINDON COLLARD ACCUSED OF BEING A BANK ROBBER DESPITE ATTENDING AT SCHOOL OR WORK EVERY WORKING DAY FROM 17 TO 21 YEARS OLD WHEN THIS FIRST DEFAMATION WAS LAUNCHED. 

THEY WERE REALLY DUMB RUBES AND REALLY DRUNK IN THE LATE SIXTIES AND EARLY SEVENTIES, THE LAWYERS ESPECIALLY SO. IS THIS HAPPENING NOW OR  AGAIN OR IS IT STILL  HAPPENING?

I HAVE JUST BECOME AWARE THAT THE DISABILITY PAYMENTS FROM AFFLAC WHICH I PAID FOR WITH EVERY PAY CHECK  SHOULD HAVE GONE ON FROM AGE TWENTY FOUR TO AGE  SIXTY FIVE. THAT MUST BE ABLE TO BE SUED OVER BECAUSE THERE ARE NO TIME LIMITS PROTECTING FRAUD THROUGH THE PASSAGE OF TIME IN CANADA.

THERE IS A DISABILITY, SWAYBACK, WHICH IS ASSOCIATED WITH TONIC IMMOBILITY.

SHELLSHOCK MIGHT BE THE OLD VERY DRAMATIC NAME FOR THE SYNDROME.

I WAS BUYING A NEW MATTRESS AT A SEARS DISCOUNT WAREHOUSE IN SAANICH IN 1982 OR THEREABOUTS. 

THE SALESMAN SAID THAT HE HAD A VERY BADLY INJURED BACK AS I HAD SAID I DID. HE RECOUNTED HIS INEXPLICABLE DIFFICULTY WITH TYING UP HIS SHOES AND PUTTING TROUSERS OR SOCKS  ON AS WELL.

I EXPERIENCED THAT DIFFICULTY. I WAS SURPRISED, OTHER BACK SYMPTOMS WERE ACUTE AT TIMES, BUT THERE WAS OFTEN AN INABILITY TO BEND FORWARD WHILE I WAS INFLEXIBLE AND IN A  REVERSE ARCH SPINAL ARCHITECTURE. THAT CAUSED MY CHEST TO SEIZE AS I  TRIED TO PUT MY SOCKS AND SHOES ON.

DISABLED AS THE SALESMAN AND I BOTH WERE, WE NEITHER OF US, KNEW THAT WHAT WAS HAMPERING US WAS NOT ONLY BACK INJURY BUT IT WAS ALSO:

SHELL SHOCK 

THERE ARE PROBABLY A LOT OF SHELL SHOCK AFFECTED PEOPLE, SOME  SUBTLY, OTHERS REVERSED ARCHED INTO AN INSTITUTIONALIZED WRECK.
