SEVEN YEARS SINCE MY LAST POST ON THIS BLOG. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. DELIBERATE STRESS INDUCING BEHAVIOR CONTINUES TO CAUSE VIRTUAL PARALYSIS AND TONIC IMMOBILITY.
I did not know about Tonic Immobility when I wrote the last entry in this blog and my letters to my MLA, MP and Provincial and Federal Attorney General and Solicitor General.
A few years ago I had experienced a period of recovery during which I worked on fencing the garden and building a passive solar green house. I can not remember exactly when the period of recovery ended. I probably have notes or computer based entries detailing what the period of recovery allowed me to do and how long the period of recovery lasted.
It is very likely that my period of recovery and mobility ended as I drove down Otter Point Road in my car in the Fall of 2016. The road is one corner after another and one cannot see very far ahead down the road. Suddenly a flag person jumped out and held up a stop sign. I came to a stop. I noticed that no work was being done. I saw and heard the flag person joking and conversing with the construction crew while I waited. I rolled back the sun roof of my car and I inquired "Excuse me, if you are not working would you mind if I pass through?"
Exhibiting a facial expression of extreme anger the flag person got a cell phone out and photographed me and my car without my permission and I felt that the photograph was taken to intimidate me or worse to make a complaint to Police.
Something went wrong with me at that point, I could not fall as I was seated but I certainly lost my breath and felt hot flushes in my forehead. I am unable to comprehend why I could not ask to pass through where construction was not happening. The flag person had lowered the stop sign so I rolled slowly ahead. Eight men from the construction crew ran at my car brandishing tools. This behavior was terrifying. What story would all those persons tell to excuse their assault, yes it is a criminal assault when you have that many persons rush at you. I reported this in full to the Sooke Municipal Hall and to the Sooke Mayor.
What happened at that location after that is that every time I passed the place on Otter Point Road where this event occurred I would become stressed and when I got out of my car I could not walk or hold myself up.
It might have been on the same day or it might have been on a day after this event when I had a reprise of stress that I arrived at a business in Sooke where unfortunately I was told that the matter which I had come to the store to discuss would not even be discussed. I was told that I had agreed to a transaction which I had said could not be reconciled.
Over a period of time I exchanged emails about the matter with the owner of the store and there was a phone call. It was agreed that I would be paid. Unfortunately as I was told this the person acted like they were paying me to get rid of a nuisance. Nothing could be further from the truth. His employee had made a serious error underpaying me nearly one thousand dollars. The owner of the business then threatened me with Police. It is unbelievable what a terrible effect this had on me. Why did these persons have to threaten a 72 year old.
Extremely unfortunately for me this was not the end of stress producing activity. On February 24 2017 two Police trucks arrived in my driveway. I was alerted to the fact that they were here when a huge pounding reverbrated through my home while I was in the shower. I went to the window and said to them `what are you doing` and they replied that I had not answered the door. Once again three angry threatening persons invading my home and property. I of course thought this had something to do with the threats the store owner had made.
That was not so. A Victoria City Bylaw Officer was honest to god making fraudulent accusation regarding a failure to shovel snow at my Victoria BC property. Two vehicles three men 50 kilometers outside of the Victoria Bylaw Officer. I freeze and collapse upon being subjected to this treatment.
I do not know if the disability I have which causes me to ``freeze`` or collapse is the result of motor vehicle accidents or as the research on Tonic Immobility indicates is linked to abuse, particularity as a child. In any case whether it is a Traumatic Stress Reprise collapse or a Tonic Immobility ``freeze`` I end up in a situation where I cannot walk, I cannot breath, I cannot sleep properly. I come to alertness to wakefulness as a result of hearing a car door close, or what sounds like someone driving into my driveway and now there is a new one, the old dog bark nervousness and fear has been re-instituted, a fear which was caused by the authorities being sent to my property when my dog barked.
On June 6th 2017 a British Columbia Special Provincial Constable came to my property at Otter Point BC. The Constable was alleging that an act of animal cruelty had been committed by myself. The event was a result of falsehood, fabrication and lying to authorities. It was alleged that a dog was tied by a short lead to a pick up truck which is parked half way up my drive way to the road. I do not tie dogs up, I would not tie my dog up when he lived here and many attempts were made to capture or injure my dog on my property.
The dog in question, who neither I nor the next door neighbor know where it came from had a long lead which had become tangled in brush down in the creek bed holding the dog down in the ditch where it could not be seen. At 5:30 in the morning it was light and I set out to feed a migrant cat which had been hanging around by the driveway. When I got even with the creek I saw the dog and I got a knife and cut the dog loose.
There is a person who I am told goes around the area even at night looking for opportunities to call the authorities and send them to invade her neighbors homes and property. In this case the complaint was entirely fabricated and false. Still the British Columbia Special Provincial Constable was here on my property and I had suffered a debilitating `freeze`or collapse and I had already been in a state of virtual paralysis, hardly able to walk and breathing only with great difficulty.
I contacted the responsible politicians as I have every time this has occurred and I do not even receive a reply. I am sure that harassing people on their rural properties where they would expect to be left alone in quiet enjoyment, I am sure that home invading, violating property rights and sending authorities to accost citizens for no reason is a mentally ill persons hobby, for the fake 911 caller and unfortunately for some of the enforcement officers paid with my taxes.
Every time I leave the house I have to go through the scene of intimidation, humiliation and assault, because ``bringing more persons than necessary to accomplish a task to private property is a criminal assault". I lose the strength in my body. I cannot walk, I cannot drive through this area without having a reprise of Tonic Immobility or collapse. This driveway, this land is mine but other persons have taken it over and turned it into a place where I am fearful and nervous and where I collapse. The same situation was created for me at my home and business the Apartment Building I own in Victoria BC. Damaging behavior of this sort must be stopped immediately.

This is a view from about 80 feet into my property on my driveway. The Supreme Court of Canada, I do not remember which justice it was, ``people have these long driveways for a reason.``The reason is to not be bothered and to not bother anybody else. Another statement that was made ``not one foot onto private property to investigate``. I with my Tonic Immobility and collapse disabilities need the protection of the Law. No authorities should be permitted to enter onto private property without a judicial warrant. It is just to unsettling to be alone on a rural property, I am now 72, and be subject to being invaded intimidated and humiliated as a result of fake 911 calls and unlawful actions under color of law. The home invaders feel that they have a right or they have found some wonderful technicality which permits them to come to my home or my business and to be so rude, intimidating and hostile that I collapse requiring months or years to recover.
