BIG BAD CRIPPLE

Yeah he is a BIG BAD CRIPPLE, CAN JUST BARELY STAND BUT WE ARE IN DANGER FROM HIM, WE MUST HAVE POLICE VISIT HIS HOUSE AND SHERIFFS SURROUND HIM AS HE APPEARS AS A SELF REPRESENTED PLAINTIFF IN BRITISH COLUMBIA SUPREME COURT.

The "doctrine of the dangerous man" allows an absurd pressure and intimidation to be exerted against a man who has harmed no one. In the case of a disabled man, the doctrine is a real absurdity that anyone could be dangerous. True as that might be, why would it be suitably applied against a person who was injured in an accident or trespassed against or subjected to an unevidenced  divorce.

IT MUST BE RECOGNIZED THAT DISABLED PERSONS SHOULD NOT BE SUBJECTED TO UNREASONABLE PROCESS.

I have been crippled, or delicately recovered, I could become injured again and immobilized again by a number of factors, since May of 1970. I very carefully saved and did not spend and when I could own a home with little or no debt, I agreed to raise a family with my wife Betty. I am thus not only crippled and easily injured again but I have the constant expense of the Family to support. 

I cannot have any vandalism, intervention into my financial affairs or punishments levied upon me. I am not a "Ego Trip" that owns his own home outright, I am a Family Supporting Man whose position is delicate. I do not feel like a King, I am still apprehensive about Supporting the Family.

Legislation was passed in the Parliament of Canada that made it possible for a wife to start baseless legal action, divorce, which would wipe out all of my assets, already diminished by a fire, and my ex-wife used this "No Fault Divorce" to force me to do financially damaging career destroying Crazy Stuff.

Coupled with the "Doctrine of the Dangerous Man" and the disregard of Disability was the No Fault Divorce with the Crazy Crazy: "Men in the Divorce Process" were listed as "Violent Sexual Offenders" by RCMP in Sooke BC.

A FAMILY MAN, I PROVIDED A HOME  OWNED IN A  STABLE FINANCIAL MANNER AND I SUPPORTED MY FAMILY AND I HAD WORKED HARD CRIPPLED.

It is possible that my ex-wife was not happy until she had spent every last dollar and then she was furious that she could not start borrowing to spend and only spending all of that as well would create happiness as the huge mass of people with unnecessarily maxed out credit seem to indicate. The entire Crazy process with high points of insanity like the ex-wife's take over of house construction, the ex-wife's assumption of the role of Head of Household as the Operator of a Major Business and finally " You have to go, I need to spend freely". After the spending and the mistakes and the inheritance stealing and then Divorce I am exhausted physically and financially and I am in debt instead of owning the property as I had mortgage free and with TWO MILLION DOLLARS (part of that was My Uncle Albert's house) I WOULD HAVE INHERITED AND DID NOT INHERIT. In addition, after I was sucked dry there was no more business.

I found myself home alone and broke for decades and also regarded as dangerous and to have done horrible things which no one will tell me about. My approaches to women to find a new sex partner or female friend are fraught with danger due to the anti-heterosexual male climate and my defamation. The combination of the two, despite my doing nothing but go about my business, actually puts me in danger of Raids, Collapses even a POSSIBILITY OF GETTING SHOT even though I have hardly left Otter Point for over three years, in a state of Tonic Immobility or Virtual Paralysis or Collapse Immobility. I also have bouts of fatigue where I must rest or Sleep immediately.

Many Sexual Orientations are elevated it seems to me above that of the Heterosexual Male Who desires Intimacy with Females. The Sexual and Relationship Styles characteristics of what would have been a good marriage for a Man are changed from what would have made Child Rearing and Marriage Fun and Enjoyable to a bitter domination by a unhappy and uncooperative sex partner.

The Male who has to find a new Female Sex Partner or do without Sex is not treated with any respect. He is virtually regarded as a sexual predator. In the media which I view and listen to there is an effort to validate a number of alternate sexual orientations. There is a constant drumbeat and even prosecution of Men who are judged to or who have acted in an aggressive or manipulative manner to obtain Intimacy with Women. There does not seem to be any support for the Heterosexual Family Man and his Sexual Satisfaction and Expression or worse for the Single or Divorced Man. To the best of my knowledge, I have and most men do I think, seek out women for the purpose of engaging in sex and other pleasurable activities, not to experience sexual denial or to fight with a woman. What would impressionable people, young women in particular, glean from the downgrading of men and heterosexual activity.

DISABLED AND LIVING FAR FROM THE CITY I STILL GET RAIDED BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS TO LAWFUL OR ANY SEX AND STILL I AM A DANGER TO WOMEN SINCE MY DIVORCE THIRTY YEARS AGO AND OF COURSE I AM A DANGER TO POLICE AND BY-LAW TOO.

     EXTREME VETTING from Marijuana Critic Canada

Before the re-publication of the Post, it occurs to me that when I was seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents which I did not cause and could not avoid, the person who caused the accident was not vetted, I was destructively  and falsely vetted, defamed actually and I was shlepped around, agents inquiring: "Did he do anything that we can use to NOT PAY HIM". We would have such joy that day.

EXTREME VETTING

Extreme and Extensive Vetting for Marijuana sales shops and Dispensary Owners and other employees. I heard about this practice just recently and that the RCMP even wanted information on associates and family members. I think the Marijuana is planned to come prepackaged and there is to be a 7 % profit margin. I wonder what an owner or employee might be able to do.

Then I thought of other situations where large amounts of money could be taken or large losses could result due to the actions of Persons who should probably have to be vetted before they were allowed to proceed with the course of action which they were pursuing. What comes to mind is the overwhelming loss of control I experienced when my wife "had to have a divorce, had to get away from me." I had operated and sold a business, and bought land and finished the first house, it was burnt down and Wife and Kids and  I lost everything, but for the land and enough insurance money to pay the mortgage off and build a modest home on the existing foundation.  That is what I set out to do.

Married only two years, my wife threatened me that if I did not finance a two thousand square foot home and she wanted a contractor to build it, she would divorce me and I would lose all my assets to legal fees. She took AND BOTCHED CONTROL. Then she took control again after I remedied some of the botch, much never remediable. She lost everything, from owing nothing to owning nothing but debt more than the property was worth. I inherited enough to be only Twenty One Thousand in debt and she struck again with ``Sign over all of your assets or I will say you abused me``, and a bunch of other nonsense detailed elsewhere.

Should there not be Extreme Vetting of Divorcing Wives and what about Vetting Fake 911 Callers, instead of Pot Sellers.

POLICE DID NOT VET ME, WITH MY AAA INDUSTRIAL BNS CREDIT RATING AND MY AUDITED BUSINESS AND MY LETTERS OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RUNNING A BENEFICIAL TRAINING COURSE AT ADVANCED METHOD JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING.

IN SOOKE BC THE RCMP KEEPS A RECORD OF COMPLAINTS, GOSSIP AND ALLEGATIONS WHICH COULD NOT BE VERIFIED.    THAT IS HOW OPINIONS  IN SOOKE BY-LAW AND POLICE AND AUTHORITIES ARE FORMED AND WIDELY COMMUNICATED.

 

Repeatedly I have been powerless as really crazy schemes and claims have been deferred to by Government or Police while I the worker or owner have been subjected to absurdly declared defamation. What does the Divorcing Wife who has not been harmed but supported and helped by her husband say about him. I am going to make life as difficult as possible for you my ex-wife hissed, the Police are turned on to you, I told them...
