INTERNAL COLLAPSE IS SUBTLE BUT DEVASTATING
Without falling to the ground back and neck joints lose their clearance or cushion or suspension and one can hardly breathe and barely move instantly.
This Monday morning at around 5;50 am I carried the recycling to the end of the driveway for pickup. I had been watering the berries along the driveway for animal use mostly and I noticed that any water on the driveway ran right into the house hole and I just freaked that such a thing would be done and that Authorities would pretend not to see or be so ignorant as to not know that no one slopes their drive way down to their house unless they have to. The Canadian Building Code has always actually prohibited this on page one or two.
I am definitely in a state of Virtual Paralysis or Tonic Immobility and I am unable to return to the driveway, I feel I will just plain slump or throw up just thinking about it. It is Thursday June 12 2019 today.
The septage from both adjacent properties also flows on to my land at the house from the bigger home in back and at my well from the trailer in front. In addition the unlawfully constructed earth dam sits seventeen feet above my main floor and only a hundred feet away. Poop water, urine, detergents and probably sick old people pharmaceuticals and all the driveway water and a possible tidal wave at the house if the stupid dam breaks and all done on purpose to ruin enjoyment and make a man really really nervous and I am, to the point of Collapse Immobility or Tonic Immobility and Virtually Paralyzed I am too.
I have sympathy for your condition. But you are the one causing your pain by obsessing over things you can do nothing about.
ReplyDeleteAll the water flows down the large creek running down your property to the bottom land. Its done that for many years now and in my many visits to your place I have never smelt or detected anything foul. Your well is deep and not affected by the surface stuff anyway.
As you are a hypochondriac on top of all this, it must be very difficult.
You may not be able to get control of yourself and that's very sad as you will continue to suffer. Consider a change please.
HOLY Damn I just read this comment. The "large Creek" is a ditch dug by the local Redneck Nuts.there is a tiny seasonal creek in the bottom of a huge dug not eroded ditch. I was a Technician at Peace Power and did the Canadian National Plaster Rock Diversion Project and Railway Routing Survey. I know the real real on water and creeks.
DeleteThe Real creek ran down close to the front of my property originally and you can still see it. I saw them digging the "Large Creek" ditch, if you look you can see it starts at my property line.The drive way water and septage flow right at the house there is an extensive multi drain system under the pit my house is in. It is not about the water coming down the drive way in the post, the water flow is an indication of how the drive way was sloped and the house hole dug. DO you get it?

DeleteYou can see the size of the Real creek by looking at it as it crosses Eaglecrest road. Everything, the Dam, the cesspool or slough behind it, the hole dug and then dammed are all violations of the Water Act not a "Large Creek".

The stupid old men, scoffers and suckholes, begged me to allow the poor old 81 year old to keep his treasured pond instead of Lawfully Ruling so I could proceed, he has not long to live they said (it is transcripted). I made it clear I was proving fact to litigate to remedy all damage done but they were old suckholes with no knowledge about watercourses, water tables, acquifers and allowed the dam to stay they said, all OK, because of pity for the 81 year old right. Palfry was so mean, he had logging garbage pushed on to my land including tires, he threw his garbage in the ditch and it washed onto my land.
The dam and illegal water works was not the only issue, I was to litigating prove what they did, it has nothing to do with who it is the what.
Right as I would have taken the next step the women and my pooch brother `Took me down``. I had to work all of 16 years (when I could, 7 days a week, ten or twelve hours a day until the Dec 20 1986 accident in Vancouver) and they did not pay me and then made me pay them. I have not yet gotten back to the litigation but there are no time limits in the 1935 Water Act and damage continues as well. I was in BCSC in 2001 about all of the prevarication, lying to blame the damaged person.
Many of us are not responsible for what happened to us and to say character flaws are responsible is absurd.
I don't care about any of this madness. You want to litigate over anything that has upset you. Your many losses and the imposition of controls spring directly from this. Your humiliation over this is a self inflicted pain.

I will again point out this Stanford course in Human Behavioral Biology. It is just what you need. It explains well the variety of human behaviour and why. From the genetic influences to environmental, he makes many things plain.
ReplyDeleteIts true that 25% of all violent criminals have been hit in the forehead. The frontal cortex regulates our animal nature and is what makes us human. When that is damaged many things go sideways.

ReplyDeleteYour aspersion that I am in some way akin to a violent criminal is atrocious. 25% head injured is a small percentage. I am sure many more violent criminals have your attitude and short temper, self entitlement, lashing out and lying. The percentage of people who have had head injury who are or are not violent criminals would be a relevant statistic, but head injury weakens it does not incite, it produces docility not a propensity to do violence. The convoluted reasoning you come up with to try to blame me for what other persons do is absurd.

I never accused you of being a violent criminal. I was pointing out one statistic, that demonstrates how little choice humans actually have.
DeleteThe more one understands Human Biology the more one can see that free will is not really a thing. We are an expression of our genes and the biology that streams from that. We are also affected by everything that happens to us, especially when very young.
Understanding one's self is the key to being able to change and that course, although an actual University course and rather demanding is just amazing. Robert Saplosky is perhaps the best teacher I have ever experienced.
The post is one of what actually happens. Whatever Biological or Psychological factors are involved they do not alter the fact that there is no reason to come on to my property to cause trouble or grab inheritances or assets or tell lies about me but malice and greed and the never ending assertion of wrongful authority is actually unbearable.
