DISABLED NOT COMPENSATED:

 THIS IS AN ABSURD OUTCOME FOR VICTIMS

When you lose your ability to work, the result is poverty if you are young. It is unlikely you will have much money saved. The only thing that will save you is if you have a compensating for lost earnings provision in place. It is not right to scoff at claims of disability or inability, to deny the compensation for lost earnings package and the award of money for damages.
